Every citizen of the UDRSP must agree to the following Preamble to the Constitution of the UDRSP.

“We, as citizens of the UDRSP, and soldiers of it’s Armed Forces, agree to construct a better and republic nation, establish internal peace and tranquility, and work for collective security of the territory of the UDRSP and upliftment of our nation, and hence, establish the Constitution.”

Article I : Legislature

The Parliament of the UDRSP will be elected every two months.All moderators are able to contest for a berth in the Parliament Lower House. It includes the House of the People [Lower House] and the House of the States [Upper House]. Any Member of the Parliament [MP] can put forward the draft of a bill.

Article II : House of the People

The House of the People or the Lower House consists of 4 members, elected by the citizens of UDRSP. The Lower House will discuss the draft of a bill and pass it on to the Upper House by simple majority [3/4].

Article III : House of the States

The House of the States or the Upper House consists of 3 members, elected by the President of the UDRSP. The Upper House will further discuss the draft of the bill passed on by the Lower House and put it before the President by a simple majority[2/3].

Article IV : Parliamentary Process

A Parliament Session will be held every Sunday, and both the Upper and Lower House will make decisions within their limits for the betterment of UDRSP. Every bill which is not passed successfully within 5 days will be dissolved. If the bill is rejected by the President or Prime Minister, but has an absolute majority[unanimous vote] from the Houses, it will be passed.

Article V : Speaker of the Houses

The common Speaker of the Houses will be appointed by the President, according to the recommendation of the Prime Minister. He will co-ordinate both Houses.

Article VI : Protection of Borders

Any request of a land grant, or temporary colonization of any server of the UDRSP will be handled by the President, Prime Minister and the Upper House.

Article VII : Organization of Ranks

Ranks in the Armed Forces of the UDRSP will be organized and modified by the Upper House, but only after  approval by the Prime Minister.


Article I : Executive

The Executive Branch of the UDRSP consists of the President and the Prime Minister. Only leaders of the Armed Forces can become Prime Minister. If the founder and another leader are the only leaders, then the other leader automatically becomes the Prime Minister of the UDRSP.

Article II : President

The President is the Founder of UDRSP, or any successor appointed by the Founder. The President is the Head of State. The President approves bills passed by the Upper House, and transforms it into a law.

Article III : Prime Minister

The Prime Minister is elected by the citizens of the UDRSP. In case, there is only one leader besides the Founder, he/she automatically becomes the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister gives a legal form to laws, and he puts them up for enforcement in the UDRSP. Important decisions like declaration of war, alliances, treaties, and agreements. The Prime Minister must be a leader of the Armed Forces.

Article IV : Impeachment

The Prime Minister of the UDRSP can only be impeached if the Houses along with the counterpart leaders of the Armed Forces pass a no-confidence motion with absolute majority with a valid reason.


Article I : Judiciary

The Judiciary consists of 2 Judges and a Chief Justice. The Judges of the UDRSP must be a moderator, and they must have a minimum experience of 1 month in SP. Judges will be elected by the citizens of UDRSP.

Article II : Chief Justice

Selection of the Chief Justice is upto the discretion of the Founder of UDRSP. The Chief Justice can override the verdict of the Judges. The Chief Justice must be ranked as Commander-in-Chief or Second in Command, and it may be the Prime Minister or the President himself.

Article III : Punishment for Disobedience / Treason

The Judges or the Chief Justice can punish a citizen of the UDRSP, or in some cases, an envoy from another union. Treason includes joining another nation, deliberately missing an event or any other case of betrayal. Punishment levels will be decided by the Chief Justice.

Article IV : Leadership Ouster

If the judiciary is to handle a coup d’etat or any kind of a leadership ouster, the power will be vested in the President and the Chief Justice, who will decide the fate of the ouster by a public vote.


Red signifies vigour, determination, strength, and most importantly, bloodshed and fire.

The uniform of SP must be RED.
